During the preparation phase, once or twice a week is standard. During stimulation, I may increase to twice a week, depending on how your body responds. After transfer, one to two sessions during the two-week wait are typical.

Will my fertility doctor be okay with me doing acupuncture?

Most reproductive endocrinologists support acupuncture as part of an IVF protocol. As a preferred provider with CCRM Boston Fertility, I work closely with their team and other clinics in the area.
